My name is Abisoye “Faari” Akinola.
I am a warm, enthusiastic person, am very bright and full of potential. I live in the world of possibilities, and can become very passionate and excited about things. My enthusiasm lends me the ability to inspire and motivate and help others, more so than most people. I love life, seeing it as a special gift, and strive to make the most out of it.
By day, I work as an IT projects officer in one of Nigeria’s leading FMCG brands. A job that I do with enthusiasm especially because of the different challenges.
However a while back, I realized I was dissatisfied and wanted more and I wasn’t getting it in spite of how hard I tried to invest in myself, my career and my budding business. I wasn’t getting the opportunities I desired to have.
I did some research and found that I wasn’t alone, a lot of professionals were also at this level of dissatisfaction, the desire to be ahead of the curve, make a difference, be a valued, to stand out and not just part of a demographic is one of the biggest most fulfilling desire to be met.
A lot of us are really tired of status-quo! You just know that with all the work you are putting in professionally, you wish there were more opportunities coming your way: you are working very hard to improve yourself, you recently added some new qualifications to your name, you are expert level in relevant skills to your industry.
So why isn’t your appraisal as colorful as you desire it to be?
Why aren’t you getting interviews for the kind of positions you desire?
Or as an entrepreneur, why are your phones not buzzing for your service as much as you desire to offer.
You feel undervalued and invisible!
So I did what I usually would do when I need to find anything or anyone…I googled myself.
What came up first?
All I have been summed to be was a mere account on a social networking site and It wasn’t even me. Another person also had my name
I asked myself, why should anyone pick me?
In this very digital world, the questions however are: how would anyone find me as a valuable professional?
what are the possibilities and opportunities I am expecting to come my way as an entrepreneur?
How does anyone perceive me as a subject matter expert in my field?
Am I communicating my desired Image?
What is my brand?
How are am I projecting the desired me?
Am I considered the go-to-guy and solution expert in my field?
You have to position yourself in unique ways in order to stand out from others. You have to meet all of the subconscious expectations and go beyond the mundane to truly impress and be found. Everyone has that degree, but do YOU have a memorable personality?
There are platforms that allow you project the unique YOU to the world. You are a gift and you can share that awesome light and attract those opportunities that you truly desire. I can help achieve this status by creating you into a Brand that you already are so that the whole world can find YOU and that you can shine.

No relevance – The results that are about me have no relation to how I want to be perceived professionally.
Some relevance – A few of the results that are about me communicate how I want to be known.
